FitWiz Conditioning

FitWiz Conditioning is a privately owned fitness studio dedicated to providing top-notch personal training to the Greater St. Louis Area. I graduated with my bachelors of Exercise Science with a specialization in Pre-Physical Therapy in 2014. I moved back to St. Louis, and started my business in 2016 after gaining certification with the American Council of Exercise, and earning specialist certifications in Corrective Exercise, Behavior Change, Senior Fitness, and most recently Sports Nutrition. In 2020, I took the leap and branched off on my own and started my own studio. I am eager to leverage my extensive background in exercise science and nutritional guidance to help others and continue making an impact!
